Acro Suites

Offers an adult-only, wellness-focused concept with its distinctive bohemian and organic architecture and its stunning cliffside location overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Wellness-centric philosophy
Acro Suites is built around a holistic wellness experience, distinguishing it from a typical resort.

Byzantine Hammam: The hotel’s Bath House is inspired by ancient Greek and Byzantine bathing rituals, offering guests a traditional hammam, sauna, heated indoor pool, and various curated spa treatments.

Daily yoga and fitness: A standout feature is the Asana Yoga Shala, a 300 square meter open space made sustainably from bamboo with magnificent sea views. The resort also offers a modern, glass-fronted gym with professional equipment, also overlooking the sea.

Nourishing cuisine: The resort emphasizes “soulful” and nutritional dining. The main restaurant, Cremnos, reinterprets traditional Cretan recipes using fresh, organic ingredients from local farms.

Organic architecture and design

The design of Acro Suites is intentionally integrated with its natural, rugged surroundings, creating a harmonious and tranquil atmosphere.

Cave Suites: A highlight of the resort is its iconic Cave Suites, which are carved directly into the rock face. They offer a romantic and private retreat with bespoke furnishings and private cave pools.

Exclusive cliffside setting

The resort’s name, “Acro” from the Greek word akron, means “on the edge,” referencing its dramatic and secluded location.

Panoramic sea views: Situated on a cliff edge in Mononaftis Bay, the resort provides breathtaking, panoramic views of the Cretan Sea from nearly every suite and common area.

Private pools with a view: Nearly all suites and villas feature a private, saltwater infinity pool or plunge pool, designed to maximize the stunning vistas.

Sense of seclusion: The cliffside location and clever architectural design ensure a feeling of privacy and intimacy, despite being a larger resort.
